What to expect from your first visit
In order for you to receive the optimal benefit from your initial visit it is recommended that you complete your paperwork ahead of time or arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. If you would like to complete it now, please click here to download and print the health history forms.
Your first visit is predominantly dedicated to a very detailed assessment and evaluation of your health. As well, Matvey will discuss with you and determine the goals of the treatment.
Once there is a complete understanding of your condition, the remaining time will be spent initiating the treatment.

How long will it take to see results?
Depending on the nature of the problem, people typically note significant improvements within 2 to 5 visits. In more severe cases, a more prolonged approach may be required.
Once you have achieved the goals of your treatment plan we will formulate the maintenance strategy in order to keep you healthy and prevent the problems from occurring in the future.

Before you leave, we will discuss your treatment plan and set the follow up appointment time to ensure that it fits your schedule.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
Please give us 24 hour notice in the case that you need to cancel your appointment.
If you would like to keep up with your treatment plan, please make sure to reschedule your next treatment.
Pricing and length of the treatment
1 hour treatment - $90
½ hour treatment - $55
A receipt containing the description of the services provided and the RMT registration number will be issued
for your insurance company.
It is highly recommended to schedule the first appointment for 1 hour. This will ensure that the adequate time is spent assessing your health and initiating the treatment.
